We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government. Our services are entirely optional. Travelers can apply for their ETA independently through official government websites without using our platform or paying our service fee.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be legally permitted to submit your own travel documentation

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and current information

  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms

We reserve the right to deny or suspend access at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations.

Authorization to Assist

By submitting an application through Alva Visa, you authorize us to act on your behalf solely for the purpose of preparing, reviewing, and submitting your ETA application to the appropriate government agency. Processing Timeframes

Alva Visa aims to review and process applications within 1 to 3 business days of receiving complete information. However, timelines may vary depending on demand, user input quality, or technical issues. Final approval or rejection of your ETA lies solely with the government authority of the destination country.

Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Our service fees—clearly displayed before payment—cover only our private assistance. Government-issued ETA fees are separate and are included in the total transaction when applicable.

We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and digital wallets. A receipt will be issued to your email within 24 hours of successful payment.

Refunds may be requested only if your application has not been submitted to the relevant authorities. Once submitted, all charges are final. Exceptions may be made at our discretion under our Refund Policy.

We are not liable for failed transactions, delays from payment processors, or other third-party disruptions.

Intellectual Property

All website content—including designs, text, graphics, and code—is the intellectual property of Compass World LLC or licensed appropriately. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the site without our express written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
