Travelers may apply for their U.S. Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) directly through the official U.S. Government website without using our platform or paying any service-related fees.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which cancellations and refunds may be requested and processed.
1. Service Summary
By completing a payment through our website, you acknowledge that Compass World LLC offers an optional, fee-based online service to assist with the preparation and submission of U.S. ESTA applications. We are not affiliated with the Government of the United States, and all travelers may apply directly through the official U.S. Government website without using our platform or paying our service-related fees.
Because our services begin immediately after an order is confirmed and involve customized review and digital preparation, this product is classified as a personalized digital service. As such, traditional cancellation protections under consumer law may not always apply once fulfillment has begun.
2. What the Service Fee Includes
The total amount displayed at checkout includes both the mandatory U.S. Government ESTA application fee and our separate service processing fee. All charges are disclosed clearly before payment is submitted.

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
A full refund of 100 percent of the order value may be granted if your ESTA application has not yet been transmitted to U.S. authorities. All refund requests must be made within 90 calendar days of the original purchase.

Important: Once your application has been transmitted to the U.S. Government, the service is considered fulfilled and the payment becomes final.
Refund requests are reviewed within three (3) business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Any foreign exchange charges, international transfer costs, or card provider fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
We strongly encourage contacting our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. If a chargeback is filed, Compass World LLC reserves the right to provide documentation demonstrating that services were delivered in line with our Terms and Conditions.
5. Confirmation of Refunds or Cancellations
All cancellation or refund requests will be acknowledged by email. Requests received during regular business hours are generally addressed the same day; those received outside of business hours will be reviewed the next business day.
6. Processing Timeframes
We aim to review and transmit completed ESTA applications within 24 hours of receiving your information and payment. However, actual processing times may vary due to:
